Providers in our network are separate businesses. We ask them to:

Why Records Matter

Photos, dates and past pump receipts help a provider see the history of your system. They can also help when you talk to your insurer. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim. We cannot say what any insurer will decide, because that depends on your own coverage and the details of the loss.
